GOD - We believe that there is one God who exists in three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
He is Sovereign and Faithful to fulfill everything is has promised in His Word.
(Genesis 1:1,23,27; 3:33; Psalm 90:2; Matthew 28:19; 1 Peter 1:2; 2 Corinthians 13:14)
JESUS - We believe that Jesus is God the Son. He was born of a virgin, was wholly God and wholly man, lived a sinless life, died in our place as a sacrifice for the sins of mankind, was buried, arose bodily from the grave, and ascended into Heaven where He resides today. He will literally return to earth at a time of His choosing to Judge all mankind. (Matthew 1:22,23; Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1-5; 14:10-20; Hebrews 4:14,15; 1 Corinthians 15:3,4; Romans 1:3,4; Acts 1:9-11; 1 Timothy 6:14,15; Titus 2:13; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18; Revelation 22:12)
HOLY SPIRIT - We believe that God the Holy Spirit is active in convincing unbelievers of their need for salvation and is the Comforter and Guide Who lives in the heart of every believer. (2 Corinthians 3:17; John 14:16,17; 16:7-13; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 2:12; 3:16.
Ephesians 1:13; 5:18; 5:25)
LOVE- God is love. He loves us and wants for us to spend eternity with Him. He also wants for us to express His love to others by meeting them where they are in life with the message of salvation. (Matthew 22:37–39; John 3:16, 13:34; Luke 19:10, 23:34; 1John 2:5, 3:16, 4:16-21)
BIBLE - We believe that the Bible is the Word of God without any error in the original text and is the sole authority for life and faith.
(2 Timothy 1:13; 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20,21; Psalms 12:6; 119:105, 160; Proverbs 30:5)
MAN - We believe that man is a special, unequaled creation of God, made in His image, but that through the sin of the first man, Adam, mankind fell so that all men are sinners in need of Salvation. (Genesis 1:27; Psalm 18:3-6; Isaiah 53:6a; 59:1,2; Romans 3:23)
SALVATION - We believe that salvation is a gift received through repentance toward and forgiveness of God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. (Romans 6:23; 5:1; Ephesians 2:8,9; John 1:12; 14:6; Titus 3:5; Galatians 3:26)
BAPTISM - We believe that water baptism is an act of obedience to the command of Christ and is by immersion according to the Bible after salvation. (Matthew 3:13-16,
Matthew 28:19,20; Acts 2:41; 8:36,37)
THE ETERNAL SECURITY OF THE BELIEVER- Because God gives us eternal life through Jesus Christ, the true believer is secure in that salvation for eternity. It cannot be “lost” because it is maintained by the grace and power of God, not self-effort. (John 10:29, 2 Timothy 1:12; Hebrews 7:25; 10:10,14.
I Peter 1:3-5)
CHURCH - We believe that the church is a local body of baptized believers with the Lord Jesus Christ as the Head. Christ loves His Church and has called us to speak the truth in love about the sin, repentance, forgiveness and redemption of man. (Matthew 16:15-19; 18:15-20; Acts 2:41,42,47; 5:11-14; 6:3-6; 13:1-3; 14: 23,27; 15:1-30; 16:5; 20:28; Romans 1:7; 1 Corinthians 1:2; 3:16; 5:4-5; 7:17; 9:13,14; Ephesians 1:22,23; 2:19-22; 3:8-11, 21; 5:22-32 Philippians 1:1; Colossians 1:18 1 Timothy 3:1-15, 1 Peter 5:1-4; Revelation 2-3)
ETERNITY - We believe that those persons who die in their sins without Christ spend eternity in Hell and those persons who die with their sins forgiven through Christ spend eternity in Heaven. (Matthew 10:28; 25:46; John 3:16-18, Romans 10:9-10: 1 Corinthians 2:7-9; 2 Corinthians 5:1; Hebrew 21:23; Revelation 20:15)
PRAYER - We believe that each born-again believer has direct access to God through prayer. (Psalm 10:17; 65:2; 99:6; Isaiah 55:6; 58:9: Matthew 7:7; Philippians 4:6.
1 Thessalonians 5:17)
MARRIAGE - We believe that marriage is between one man and one woman for life. Any other unions, legal or not, are not in keeping with Scripture and are therefore not recognized nor officiated by this local body of believers. (Genesis 1:27,28; 2:18,24; Proverbs 5:15-19; Matthew 19:5,6; Romans 1:26,27;
1 Corinthians 7:2,39; Hebrews 13:4)
THE SANCTITY OF HUMAN LIFE - We believe that all human life is sacred and created by God in His image. Human life is of inestimable worth in all its dimensions, including pre-born babies, the aged, the physically or mentally challenged and every other stage or condition from conception through natural death. We are therefore called to defend, protect, and value all human life. (Genesis 2:7, Exodus 20:1, Deuteronomy 19:10, Job 12:10, Psalms 139:13, Proverbs 6:7, Jeremiah 1:4-6, John 10:10, Ephesians 5:1,
1 John 4:7-8)
GOD AND GOVERNMENT - We believe in the separation of church and state, but not in separation of God and government. Christians are salt and light in all areas of society and therefore should be actively involved in the political process to choose leaders that hold to the Judaeo-Christian values that defined the United States of America. (Matthew 5:13-16; 22:17–21; Luke 20:25; Romans 13:1–7;
Titus 3:1; 1 Peter 2:13–17)

It comes from Ezekiel 37:9,10. Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe into these slain, that they may live.’” So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army.
Sundays, we have a coffee fellowship at 10:30 AM and service at 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM at 31840 West Seven Mile Road in Livonia, Michigan. We also have a Saturday evening service starting at 6:00 PM. Pastor Jeff & Pastor Harry also meet during the week for bible studies, prayer meetings and accountability meetings. Come join us!
Yes! Pastor Jeff teaches a few different Bible studies throughout the week. Check out our "Church Events," tab on our website to know when our Bible studies are. We have co-ed studies, as well as Bible studies for Men & Women separately.
Pastor Jeff & Pastor Harry uses the NIV and the ESV but encourages people to use the version they find most appealing. Our pastors go to great lengths to explain the beauty and depth of God's Word. "Don't take my word for it, read it yourself." If you won't read it, how are you supposed to know it and live by it?
Pastor Jeff & Pastor Harry believe in - "Come as you are!" Jesus wouldn't mind what you wear so why should we? He just wants you to come and worship Him. See you Sunday!
We are a new church; we need help everywhere!
What is your passion? What are your gifts? How do you want to be used by God? We believe that our Lord can give all who are willing, a ministry and a mission field. Get in touch with Pastor Harry at PastorHarry@FourWindsLove.org
1. We have all sinned by nature and by choice.
The Bible says:
Romans 3:23 "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,"
2. Our sin separates us from God and condemns us to a place called Hell. But God sent His Son, Jesus, to offer forgiveness and make us pure in the eyes of God.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Isaiah 1:18 “Come now, let us reason together,” says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet,
they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson,
they shall be like wool.
3. We need to repent (literally, turn away from) our sin and ask God to save us.
Romans 10:9,10 That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
Now pray from your heart something like this:
"Dear God, I know I am a sinner and I know I can't save myself. I turn away from my sin and turn to you by faith. I believer you died on the cross for my sins and I receive your free gift of salvation now. Thank you for saving me. I will live my life for you from now on."
Congratulations! You have now become part of the family of God. Now, you need to find a Bible believing church to help you understand your new found faith. If you can come to Four Winds, we will help you. If you live too far away, let us know and we will help you find a church in your area. May God bless you!
John 5:24 “I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life.
